YEARS OF THE SNAKE.
The Chinese Zodiac is based on a twelve year cycle, each year in that cycle related to an animal sign. It is calculated according to Chinese lunar calendar. 
2013 is the Year of the Snake. Snake Years are sixth in the cycle, following the Dragon Years. The Year of the Snake starts from Feb. 10, 2013 and lasts to Jan. 30, 2014.

not likely to cause any physical injury or harm.
not involving any risk and very likely to be successful.

A person of noble character and integrity.

The word means
justice.
Fairness in the way people are treated.

good, and the second is life.
People should contribute to those in need in the society. So the calligrapher want to express "Actions Speak Louder Than Words".

The word means
filial respect.
"Filial respect" is one of the most important traditional morals in Chinese culture. In other words, it is the children’s responsibility to take care their parents and to live in obedience to the parents’ teachings.

   
 

November
The word means
Dragon.
In Chinese culture, dragons rank high among all animals and symbolize power and majesty.
In ancient China, the emperor’s clothes, shoes and jewelry were decorated with dragon totems. Therefore, the image of dragon is an important part of Chinese culture.

The word means
success.
